Weir Minerals’ new high-lift dewatering pump

Weir Minerals has launched the newest version in its vary of Warman centrifugal pumps, the DWU dewatering pump, to the European market.
The pump is designed to deliver elevated effectivity where water must be lifted over larger heights – a common requirement in each open and underground mines – and the unit delivers environment friendly operation at heads of up to one hundred forty m.
เกจวัดแรงดันถังออกซิเจน are available, with outlet diameters of seventy five mm, 125 mm, a hundred and fifty mm and 200 mm and round 50% of the elements used in the new design are interchangeable with Weir Minerals’ popular slurry pump, the Warman WBH, to assist clients simplify spare components ordering and holding.
Weir Minerals’ engineers have designed a new, double-volute casing which reduces radial load and is capable of sustaining inside pressures of as a lot as 7,000 kPa, permitting the pumps to be configured in sequence to deliver even greater head heights.
Steve Sedgwick, the Weir Minerals Europe product supervisor for mine dewatering, mentioned: “The dewatering system is a crucial part of almost every mining operation across the globe, and we’re committed to making sure that our vary of dewatering pumps is broad sufficient to ship optimum efficiency, whatever the requirements.
