US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 employees.
The acquired business will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, prime product strains and adding additional service capabilities to this area. We are very wanting to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 locations throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 staff.
