In these modern times in which we live in, it is extremely common to confuse reality with thought, facts with theory, and health with confirmation. Here we have been, in the era of abundance, having everything we are able to ever imagine at the grasp of our finger tips, computer science has sky-rocketed allowing us access to endless levels of information, anytime tretinoin gel, any moment. Wellness and health play an enormous and important part in my life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule. I’m presently leading twelve fitness classes weekly that change from step aerobics, balance and core focus on the large stability ball, weight lifting, modified yoga and many classes that concentrate on functionality. The participants are ages and the common denominator is to have ?fun? while training. When i started looking for ?wellness? quotations, I came across excellent ones, but few. Then when I sought out ?health? I was completely blown away by the number. I possibly could write a hundred blogs filled with ?health? quotations. In the last couple years, I?ve been reading the most recent books and articles on nutrition and anti-aging. What?s touted consistently now is a diet of whole, unprocessed foods that discourage inflammation. The anti-inflammatory diet is what seems to have the most health and beauty benefits.
